7 Different Employment Training Programs
S W A P - M E, Level - A
This is a 12 week program. The first 11 weeks are job training certificate skills the final week is about self assessment & the employment market. Topics covered - First Aid, Safety, Security, Service Industry, Mobile Equipment etc (42 certificates)
S W A P - M E, Level - B
This is a 6 week program, a chopped down version of the 12 week course. The first five weeks are job training certificate skills the final week is self assessment & the employment market. ( 23 certificates )
S W A P - M E, Level - C
This is a 4 week program, a mini version of the 6 week course. The first three weeks are job training certificate skills the final week is self assessment & the employment market. (18 certificates )
SERVICE INDUSTRY
This is a five week program. It has 24 certificates. Eg:- Super Host, Food Safe, First Aid, WHMIS, Serving it Right, Cashier & Safety training.
SECURITY TRAINING
This is a seven week program with 18 certificates. Eg: BST 1 & 2, O F A level - 2, Traffic Control Person, Fire Extinguishers, & T D G etc.
CONSTRUCTION EMPLOYMENT TRAINING PROGRAM
This is nine week program with 22 certificates. Eg: Forklift, Fall Protection, Confined Space Entry, P P E , Construction Safety Officer etc.
FIRST AID & SAFETY DIPLOMA PROGRAM
This is a six month program with over 55 certificates. At the end could work as a First Aid Instructor, First Aid Attendant or Safety Officer.
